A hole in one is a pretty special occasion. In this case the golfer’s wife wanted a special remembrance. With his hole-in-one ball and some pictures in hand, we began to work up a design. Since the ball prominently showed the country club logo, sitting it on a tee identified the location of the accomplishment. The engraved plate matched the one hanging on a plaque in the Arizona clubhouse. The gorgeous picture of the hole created a natural background for the entire piece. With a floated mat, each of the 3 openings gives depth to the objects. And the matte black frame outlines the piece without drawing the eye from the critical elements.
